In this workshop, you are invited to learn and try how to create the as-is condition in a fast and accurate way by using the Smart Mobile Reality Scanning to BIM method to create a VR+3D reality digital twin platform with the latest Cloud, AI and computer vision technology.

  • Use Mobile Laser Scanning (MMS) to build Virtual Tours and Detail Point Cloud Models

  • Create BIM models automatically from Mobile Laser Scanning and UAV Photogrammetry.

  • Create Indoor Classified Mesh Models from Mobile Laser Scanning Automatically

  • Semi-automatically digitalize GIS and CAD drawings from UAV Mesh models and 720 Virtual Tour and Point Cloud from MMS data.
